Ingredients
- 1 small flour tortilla, (Mission small fajita size)
- 1 large egg, scrambled
- 1 dash salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bacon bits, (Hormel® Premium Real Crumbled Bacon)
- 2 Tablespoons salsa , fat free ( Pace Picante Sauce)

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a small nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat. In small bowl season egg with salt and pepper. Stir in bacon. Scramble well. Cook in prepared skillet until just firm. Place in center of tortilla; top with salsa. Roll tortilla to enclose filling. Serve immediately or freeze.
