    cups cooked rice

    cup sugar

    cup raisins

    tsp. vanilla

  • Ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine eggs, milk, rice, sugar, raisins, vanilla and 1 tsp salt. Mix well. 2. Bake in 9 x 13 pan @325 for 25 minutes. 3. Stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue baking til knife comes out clean ... 20 - 25 minutes longer. 4. Serve warm or chilled
