Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 T. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
5 T. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Place dry ingredients into an 8 x 8-inch greased cake pan. Pour liquids over dry ingredients and mix together carefully. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Good uniced or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
