- 2 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. diced apples
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts
