Zoe's Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 c. warm water
• 2 c. sifted flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 c. Nestle's Quick or 4 T. cocoa
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• Spinkle of salt (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, mayonnaise and water well. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees until raised, approximately 10 minutes; then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
