Easy Chicken and Rice Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 oven bag, regular size
- 1 T flour
- 1 c instant rice, uncooked
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
- 1 medium zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cubed
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Seasoned salt
- Lemon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Shake flour in oven bag; place 13x9x2 inch baking pan
Add rice, chicken broth, squash, and red pepper to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Generously sprinkle chicken and rice mixture in an even layer in oven bag.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut 6 ½ inch slits in top.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until chicken is tender. Stir rice before serving
