Ingredients
- 4 lbs. stew beef, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 – 1 3/8 oz envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 – 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 – 4 oz. cans whole mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 - cup quick-cooking tapioca

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in Crock – pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. (High 3-4 hours.)
