Holiday Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 12 large potatoes, peeled, quartered, and boiled
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes, add cheese, sour cream and powder. Place in 9x13 pan. Drizzle 1/4 c. melted butter on top. Sprinkle with some paprika. Cover pan and refrigerate up to 3 days. Bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour.
This is so great for holidays. Can be made days earlier then pop in oven. It fluffs up while baking.
Could add cooking, crumbled bacon pieces and shredded cheddar cheese for twice baked potato taste.
