Slow Cooker Korean Beef

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- Brown rice, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except for cornstarch, green onions and brown rice. Cook on low for 8 hours.
2. Remove meat from slowcooker. Add cornstarch to juice in slowcooker, and stir. Shred the roast and place back into slow cooker. Top with green onions. Serve over brown rice.
