Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs separated chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons chili paste
- 1/2 cup broth
- 1/4 cup soy
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic and chili paste together for 3 minutes
Add broth and reduce by half
Add soy and sugar and store overnight in refrigerator
Preheat oven to 400
Bake wings for 50 minutes, turning once
Put mixture in hot pan and get it to glaze consistency
Add chicken wings and toss
