Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. cherry Jello
- 1 (8-oz.) ctn. Cool Whip
- 1 can drained crushed pineapple (in own juices)
- Coconut

Step 1
Make Jello from instruction on box with hot water and ice cubes. Whip in Cool Whip and add drained pineapple. Top with coconut. Put into refrigerator until set. Can be made with sugar free Jello for diabetes.
