Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• 1 (9-oz.) can crushed pineapple
• 3 oz. crema cheese, softened
• 1 (7-oz.) bottle 7-Up
• 2 (10-oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced peaches, thawed, drained and diced
• 1 c. halved seedless grapes
• 1 c. whipping cream
• 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Blend pineapple (including syrup) into softened cream cheese. Stir in 7-Up. Mix diced fruit into the cream mixture. Freeze until patially frozen. Whip cream; fold cream and marshmallows into cream cheese mixture. Turn into 2-quart dish; freeze until firm. To serve, allow to soften slightly and cut into slices.
