• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-freeze metal bowl and metal whisks for 10 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to bowl.
3. Beat on high until cream has stiff peaks.
