Barbecued Pork Sliders

Ingredients
- 4 lb pork shoulder roast
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 24 small dinner rolls

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix 1 tbsp of the brown sugar, the chili powder, paprika, minced onion, garlic powder, allspice and salt.
2. Sprinkle 1 tbsp into bottom of a slow-cooker.
3. Rub remaining mixture over pork.
4. Add vinegar and remaining brown sugar to slow-cooker. Stir to mix.
5. Add Pork roast.
6. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
7. Remove pork and shred with two forks.
8. Put meat back into slow-cooker and mix in scallions.
9. Put about 1/4 cup into sliced buns.
