  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilis, drained (RoTel)
  • 2 (7.25 oz) boxes macaroni and cheese, kraft

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook beef and taco seasoning mix over medium-high heat, stirring often, until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain well; stir in diced tomatoes and chiles, and keep warm.
Cook macaroni noodles according to directions; drain well, and return to pan. Stir in cheese packets and beef mixture. Serve immediately.
