  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Margarine
  • 2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 8 Slices Muenster Cheese



Step 1

Bone, skin, and pound chicken breasts. Combine garlic powder, eggs, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour. Roll chicken breasts in bread crumbs and brown in margarine. Remove from skillet and arrange in baking dish. Saute mushrooms in same skillet. Combine chicken broth and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with mushrooms and lay cheese slices over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
