Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 2 cans corn
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- reserve juice of one can of corn
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 small can green chili's

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in 4 quart sauce pan
Add diced onion and cook for two minutes on medium heat.
Drain corn, reserving juice of one can.
Add corn, salt, pepper, garlic and cumin and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add in remaining ingredients including reserved juice and simmer for 5 additional minutes.
