Portobello-Marsala Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbs evoo
- 1 (8oz) pkg sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large shallots, diced
- 2 c Marsala wine
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 tbs butter

Preparation
Step 1
In sauce pan saute mushrooms in evoo until browned and tender, about 10 minutes.
Add butter, garlic and onions, saute 5 minutes, Stir in Marsala and chicken broth. Bring to boil and cook 20 minutes or until reduced by 2/3s
