Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sugar
7 T. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; pour into ungreased springform pan. Place in large pan 1/2-filled with water. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Turn off oven and leave in for another hour. Allow to set before cutting.
