Ingredients
- 1 can Milknot or Topic
- 1 box lemon Jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
- 2 T. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Put Milnot in freezer. Shake occasionally. Soften cream cheese; add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Chill Jello and boiling water until slightly thick (caution - this thickens fast in refrigerator). Add to cream cheese mixture. Add melted butter and sugar to cracker crumbs. Line bottom of 11 x 9 x 2-inch (10 x 13-inch pan will do) pan. Reserve about 3/4 cup for topping. Whip milnot until very stiff and add cream cheese mixture. Fold in, pour in pan and top with crumbs. Chill.
