Parsleyed Beef and bean

This is an excellent dish. Serve over white rice and top with shredded light cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 (14 1/2oz) can red kidney beans, drain and rinsed
- 1 cup chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the meat, onion and garlic in a saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring frequently to break up the meat, for 3 minutes. Stir in the cumin, oregano, salt and worcestershire sauce, cook stirring occasionally, for another 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste and kidney beans, and cook antoerh 4-5 minutes. Remvoe from heat, and stir in the parsley.
