Ingredients
- 4 steaks, New York Strip or rib eye
- 1 inch thick
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp balasami vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse steaks and pat dry with paper towels. In a glass dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients and marinate the steaks for 1 hour at room temperature or up to 24 hours in refrigerator. Bring it close to room temperature 1/2 an hour before grilling. Pre heat barbecue on high and brush grill with olive oil. Place steak on one side of drill and turn that side down to medium. Close lid for 2 1/2 minutes then rotate steaks. Cook to desired tenderness.
