Ingredients
- 1 roast
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Step 1
Place roast in slow cooker. Whisk together the tomato sauce and spices and pour over the roast. Cook on high 4 0r 5 hours or low for 7 to 8 hours until roast is tender.
