Ingredients

  • 3 pkgs. Jello (lime, lemon and raspberry)
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water (for each pkg. Jello)
  • 1 env. plain gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. hot pineapple juice
  • 2 c. cream, whipped
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Mix 2 dozen crushed graham crackers with 1/2 cup soft butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Put Jello in sperate pans to jell. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. soften plain gelatin with cold water and dissolve in hot pineapple juice, cool and fold in whipping cream, which has been whipped with sugar and vanilla. Blend colored jello cubes into mixture. Put in angel food cake ban or 9 x 13-inch pan lined with 2/3 of crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Let stand for 12 hours.
