Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb ground ham
- 1 lb ground pork or lamb
- 2/3 C crushed crackers
- 1/2 C milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1-1/2 C brown sugar
- 3/4 C catsup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 C molasses
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first set of ingredients and form meat into balls. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients and heat through.
Drain grease off ham balls, if any, and pour sauce over them. Place back in oven and bake an additional 20-30 minutes, or until done.
