Ingredients
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk or butter milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 stick butter or margarine

Step 1
Add sugar to pulp. Add soda to milk. Add baking powder to flour and spices and stir all together all ingredients. Melt butter and leave to grease well a 9 x 13-inch. Add rest of butter to mixture. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
