Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) package of frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick of butter, melted and divided in half
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) container lite sour cream
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except cereal & half of butter. Spoon into sprayed 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix melted butter with the crushed corn flakes until evenly distributed. Top potatoes with corn flakes. Bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
