Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. flour
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 lg.-size instant lemon pudding
- 4 1/2 c. milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oleo, coconut, nuts and flour. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 tub of Cool Whip and powdered sugar and spread over first layer. Combine pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining 1/2 tub of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
