Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans reserve 1/2 cup
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 8oz cool whip
- 3 cup milk
- 2 small pkg instant coconut pudding
- coconut flakes
- chocolate shavings 1 candy bar

Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup pecans and press into bottom of 9x13 pan
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
cool completely
FILLING
Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup of cool whip
spread over cooled crust
sprinkle with coconut
with the mixer on low speed, combine milk and both packages of pudding
pour over top to make the next layer
spread remaining cool whip on top
sprinkle with more coconut and chocolate shaving and pecans
refrigerate
NOTE you can substitute coconut pudding with any flavor or you can layer with two flavors of pudding
