Party Meatballs

Ingredients

• Red Sauce:
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 C salsa
• 1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs
• 1 1/4 oz envelope taco seasoning mix
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 C chili sauce
• 1/4 C brown sugar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire
• 2 T white vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg and salsa in medium bowl using fork, Stir in bread crumbs and taco seasoning nix. Mix in ground beef. Shape into 1" balls. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake in 350 oven ffor 15 - 20 minutes until beef is no longer pink in center.

Red Sauce: Combine ingredients in large saucepan. Heat and stir on medium until boiling. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Simmer for about 3 minutes until meatballs are heated through.
