Speculoospaste / Nutella Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons (28.35 g) of butter
• 2 tablespoons of cookie butter/speculoospaste
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 4 tablespoons of flour
• Pinch of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon Nutella

Preparation

Step 1

1) Put butter and cookie butter into a mug, cover, and microwave 30 seconds.
2) Add remaining ingredients except Nutella in the mug.
3) Stir together well.
4) Drop the Nutella into the center of the mug.
5) Microwave for 60 seconds. Check to see if done. Cook for up to 30 more seconds if not done.
