Ingredients
- Toddy Mix:
- 1/2 C butter
- 3/4 C brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 C icing sugar
- 2 C vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- Rum, 1 1/2 - 2 oz per mug
- boiling water

Step 1
Toddy Mix: Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Store in jar with tight-fitting lid in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
To serve, spoon 3 T toddy mix into large mug. Add rum. Fill mug with boiling water to taste. Stir well
