6-8 potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil or Canola oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

Spray a large baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine potatoes and other ingredients. Stir well to make sure the potatoes are well coated. Spread out on baking pan. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 50 – 60 minutes, turning about 4 times while cooking. Serves 4.
