- 3/8 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- pinch black pepper freshly cracked black pepper
