Sausage Cheese Bites

- 1 lb spicy bulk pork sausage
- 3/4 cup baking mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 8 oz)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line two baking sheets with foil; spray with cooking spray.
2. In food processor fitted with knife blade, combine sausage, baking mix and cheese. Process until thoroughly combined.
3. On cutting board, shape mixture into 8-x 6-inch rectangle. Cut into 48 1-inch squares. Roll each square into ball and place on baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, 9 to 11 minutes. Drain on paper towels; serve immediately.
