Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground round
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 C. bread crumbs
• 3/4 C. catsup
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 1/2 C water
• 1 8 oz. can tomatoe sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs,catsup, onion soup mix, and water, mix until thoroughly combined. Transfer mixture to a 9x5x4 loaf pan. Pour tomato sauce over the top. Bake 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160.
