Ingredients
- 8 oz. pitted dates
- 8 oz. raisins
- 2 grated apples, peeled
- 1/2 c nuts. Finely chopped, I used hazel nuts ( Amy is allergic to walnuts)
- Wine to moisten

Step 1
Grind all the fruit together, moisten with sweet wine and add nuts.
I usually double the recipe. It is good during the week on Matza.
