Ingredients
- For coffee ice cream:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
- Use 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee powder with vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, flour, and salt; gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over low heat till thick. Add small amount of hot mixture to eggs; mix well; return to hot mixture. Cook stir 1 min. Chill.
