  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets, Chopped
  • 2 Tbls Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbls Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup (4 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 Garlic Clove Pressed
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. In medium bowl, combine broccoli, onion & bell pepper. Add Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tbls parmesan cheese, garlic & black pepper, mix well & spoon into small oval baker.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
