Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 3 c whole milk
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 16 c (1 lb) cubed country white bread
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 jars (12 oz each) marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 jar (12 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 5 oz package goat cheese, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oregano, salt and pepper.
Stir in bread, sausage, artichoke hearts, red peppers, and goat cheese.
Transfer to a buttered 3-qt. baking dish. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350º until just set, about 1 hour.
(It took a whole lot longer to bake. Maybe divide this into 2 pans.
