Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. 2-layer size yellow cake mix
• 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 (1 lb. 6oz.)can raisin pie filling
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup salad oil
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except nuts in a large bowl. Beat till blended. Stir in nuts. Drop from a spoon onto a greased cookie sheet, using about 2 tbsp. dough for each. Bake in a moderate oven(350) for 15 to 17 min. Remove from pan.
Makes 5 doz. large cookies
