Ingredients
- oil, for frying
- 2 eggs
- salt, papper, garlic salt, cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 TBS. baking powder
- 10 ounces of beer
- 4 cod fillets
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Dip cod into batter and allow any excess batter to drip off prior to adding to oil. Fry the fish until browned on both sides. Onced browned, remove to a paper-towel lined plate and season with salt.
