Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cutlets
- Bread crumbs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 c red wine
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar

Step 1
Fry cutlets in breadcrumbs. Put in pan and top with the rest of ingredients. Bake for 30 min at 350°.
