  • 1/2 lb cutlets
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c red wine
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Step 1

Fry cutlets in breadcrumbs. Put in pan and top with the rest of ingredients. Bake for 30 min at 350°.
