Ingredients
- 1 c margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 T creamer
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 c flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°. In a large bowl, cream the margarine and sugar with an electric mixer. Add in the egg, creamer and vanilla. Sift the baking powder and flour together and add, one cup at a time, to the margarine mixture, mixing after each addition. The dough will be very stiff. Do not chill the dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and use the cookie cutters to cut out the desired shapes. Place baking paper on a cookies sheet. Place cut shapes of cookie dough on the cookie sheet making sure to leave room in between as the shapes will expand while baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 min until golden brown.
When the cookies have cooled, decorate using royal icing and colored sprinkles.
