  • 1 c soy milk
  • 1/2 c margarine, soft.
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 c crushed cookies

Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add rest in order. Put in tube pan and bake for 30-40 min at 350°.
