Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup marg.
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

Step 1
Mix ingredients in order (marg.,sugar, egg, almond extract first, then add dry ingredients)
Break into two loaves and bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes (I don't know how your oven bakes. It also depends if you like it chewy or crisp.) If you want it crispier, after you slice it, you can put it back in the oven for a few minutes. Slice it after it cools a bit, but not entirely cold. It would be hard to slice like that. Lukewarm is the best time to slice it.
