Ingredients

  • 1/2 c canola
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp worchestershire
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • Fresh beansprouts
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 lb fried bacon - small pieces

Step 1

Combine ingredients. Marinate onions and bean sprouts overnight

Toss together with spinach, water chestnuts and bacon.
