Spinach and Cheese Squares (Aviva Friedlander)

Ingredients

• 1 bag Bodek chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
• 1 container cottage cheese
• 3 eggs
• 3 T flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 6-8 slices of American cheese, cut up

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and bake uncovered at 350° for 45 min.
