White Chocolate Mousse Pastries

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Frozen Puff Pastries Shells
- 1 pkg (6 squares) Bakers Premium White Chocolate
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 square Semi sweet chocolate, melted
- Strawberries for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Bake and cool pastry according to package directions
In microwave-safe bowl, microwave white choc and ¼ c cream on high for 2 min or until chocolate is almost melted. Cool 20 min or until room temp, stirring occasionally.
In chilled bowl, place remaining cream. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Fold half the whipped cream into white choc mixture. Fold in remaining whipped cream just until blended.
Spoon into pastry shells. Garnish with strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate 1 hr.
