Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 18 graham crackers/40 tea biscuits
  • 1/4 c margarine, melted
  • Blend:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 8 oz bar cream cheese/ approx 220g cream cheese
  • 3/4 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Crust: crush graham crackers in lower blade of food processor or in blender. Mix with melted margarine and press into spring form pan. Save a little for crumb topping. Bake for 8-10 min on 350°.

Blend: blend these ingredients three times ie a total of 6 eggs, etc). Mix it all together and pour over crust. Sprinkle extra crumb topping on top and then bake at 375° for approx 1 hr until set. Then shut oven and leave open door open until it cools.
